Do I have the right to cancel my purchase?

At ZOE HOOP, we want you, as a consumer, to feel safe when shopping with us, which is why you have the right to cancel your purchase. Here's how:

  • Contact our customer service at customerservice@zoehoopjewelry.com in Swedish or English with your order number, and they will email you a return label.
  • Pack the item securely in the same package it came in or use your own well-packaged box.
  • Send the return label along with your order to ZOE HOOP, Näsebergsvägen 4, 430 82 Donsö, Sweden.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest post office and keep the receipt.

ZOE HOOP will process your request as soon as possible. If everything is in order when we receive the jewelry back and you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded back to the card. Refunds take around 14 banking days from when we receive the product. When exercising the right to cancel, you are responsible for the shipping cost. If you used a shipping label provided by us for the return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
